KUCCPS Targets C & D Students with Immediate Admission in 31 Marketable Courses.
An urgent intake for 31 certificate and diploma programs at the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) has been announced by the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS).
Students who received C or D on the 2025 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) are the target audience for the application, which is open for the next two weeks.
For students who missed the initial application period but are still keen to pursue jobs in medicine and related fields, the placement body stated on Tuesday, April 21, that it has opened doors.Are you considering taking medical courses? Excellent news! You have the opportunity to register for diploma and certificate KMTC programs for immediate intake through KUCCPS and Kenya Medical Training College, KUCCPS said.
The programmes available cover a wide range of disciplines, including community health, nutrition, medical engineering, and health records, all of which are aligned with current job market demands.
The courses are aimed at instilling hands-on skills and practical training, ensuring that graduates are well prepared to enter the workforce upon completion.

Candidates seeking to apply for the courses were urged to do so through the KUCCPS student portal: students.kuccps.ac.ke
Upon accessing the application portal, an applicant will be prompted to enter their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) index number, KCSE year, and password.
Students have been advised to use their Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) index number or birth certificate number as their password.
The deadline for applications is set for May 6, 2026, and interested students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible due to the competitive nature of the available slots.
The latest update comes just two weeks after KUCCPS opened its portal for university degree applications, which will run for four weeks, alongside ongoing TVET applications.
