KUCCPS reopens KMTC portal for second revision of courses; How to Apply.
For those interested in enrolling in Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) programs, a new window has been created by the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS).
You can reapply for diploma and certificate programs in medicine and health if you missed an earlier round or were not accepted.

Candidates have been reminded by KUCCPS to access the site and finish the process prior to the deadline. Form Four leavers from the 2000–2025 cohorts may apply, according to the service, and as the activity is entirely online, students can access it from anywhere in the nation.
Who Can Apply in This Second Revision
This round is for anyone who completed Form Four between 2000 and 2025. You may apply if you are trying KMTC for the first time through KUCCPS, or if you were not placed in a previous KMTC admission round. You must still meet the minimum entry requirements for each programme you select on the portal.

Deadline and Where to Apply
Applications close on April 3, 2026. Use the KUCCPS student portal at https://students.kuccps.net to log in, browse KMTC options, and submit your choices. You can also use the KMTC programme search page at https://students.kuccps.net/programmes/search-kmtc to explore what is available before you apply.
Programmes Available (21 Courses)
KUCCPS states that 21 programmes are open in this second revision, covering diploma and certificate levels in medical and health-related fields. The table below lists every programme by level.

How to Apply on the KUCCPS Portal
All steps are completed online. Have your KCSE details, programme codes, and a way to pay the application fee ready before you start.
- Open the KUCCPS student portal at
https://students.kuccps.net. - Click Login and enter your KCSE index number, KCSE year, and password. Your password is usually your birth certificate number or your KCPE index number.
- After logging in, open KMTC Programmes to see all available courses and their minimum entry requirements. You can only select programmes you qualify for.
- Choose your preferred courses and note their programme codes.
- Go to the KMTC Application tab and select Apply Now.
- Enter the programme codes in order of priority, from your top choice (No. 1) to your least preferred (No. 4).
- Wait for the system to load the programme details, then submit.
- Pay the application fee of KSh 1,500 using the payment instructions shown on the portal after submission.

Submit and pay before April 3, 2026. Late or incomplete applications may not be considered.
